Doctolib
We have integrated the option of arranging appointments online via the website of Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin (Doctolib) into our website. If you click the blue appointment booking button, you will be redirected to the doctolib.de website and can make an appointment there.
We use Doctolib’s appointment management system to manage appointments. On the one hand, Doctolib offers us a modern calendar system and, on the other hand, our patients the opportunity to make appointments with us online on the website https://www.doctolib.de/. Doctolib GmbH acts as a processor for us.
We use the Doctolib calendar software for all of our patients to manage appointments uniformly. Doctolib processes all data in accordance with all applicable data protection regulations and applies the highest security standards.
To make an appointment, the following data is entered in the Doctolib calendar: last name, first name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, family doctor, health insurance status, referring doctor, reason for visit and appointment history.
Your data is recorded for the purposes of appointment management. The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6 I b) GDPR (the treatment order that you give us), Art. 6 I a) GDPR (consent for appointment reminders by SMS and email) and Art. 9 II h) GDPR (the purposes of healthcare). Doctolib does not forward the data to commercial providers. Doctolib is bound by confidentiality just like your doctor. A release from confidentiality is not necessary.
In order to reduce missed appointments, we would like to remind you of your appointment by SMS and/or email using the Doctolib calendar system with your consent. If you no longer wish to receive reminders, you can manage this yourself in the app or you can let us (Doctolib or the treating doctors at the Phoniatrics Clinic) know at any time and Doctolib or the responsible colleagues at the Phoniatrics Clinic will stop the reminders.
A Doctolib user account is required for online appointment booking; Doctolib’s privacy policy applies to this. The contact person for creating a Doctolib user account is Doctolib GmbH (Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin), who is responsible for data processing. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1, b.) and Art. 9 II h) GDPR (the purposes of healthcare).
SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption in some cases. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Right to information and revocation

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us with every visit. These are:
